( there's so much out there that you could miss )
FRIDAY, JULY 20TH / Towning with thesingles. It's been a while since we last met, and i must admit it was fun. A pity Tisha couldn't join us ): So yea, we walked all over town, checked out outlets like Topshop (where we met ex-schoolmate Hidayah) and then had dinner at BK. We went into Toys 'R' Us soon after, the place where five of us magically turn into kiddos. And ohh, the Toys 'R' Us guy caught Syaza sitting on the what-looked-like-a-battery-operated-motorbike. You should have seen the face. Hahaa.
Bored with window-shopping, we walked the streets of Orchard like nobody's business. We were always on the lookout for lone shoppers to snap a shot for us. Heee. Later in the night, we decided to settle for some ice-cream at Swensen's before going home. Sweeet (:
( cos what we had can't be replaced )
SATURDAY, JULY 21ST / Vivien turns 18! (: She had a birthday party at her crib, and it turns out pretty fine i guess. The food was nice, and the cake was yummmeh! Couldn't resist another serving. Her homey's pretty huge, and spacey, there's always room for us to play and camwhore. Everyone was crazy with Dily's shawl, and the vintage mahjong bag Cheryl brought, so much that we almost forgot about the birthday girl. Heee. At about 10 plus, it was home for me.
( when the sun shine we'll shine together )
SATURDAY, JULY 28TH / To the zoo for a carnival organised by Dad's company. It was drizzling, hence explains the big umbrella the sister's holding. Despite the rain, every part of the zoo was jam-packed with people. Okay i know, it's a must-visit, since we are entitled to free KFC.
It's been a long time since i last stepped into that place, and i must say there's not much difference compared to the last time. Well, except for the cute guy at the tram station. Haha okay kidding. And Dad seemed popular laa eh. Once in a while some guy would just pop up from behind and go "Ey Salleh!". Just in case you're wondering, Salleh is my dad's name. Heh.
Meanwhile, I spotted some of my primary school friends, too. I still remember how Loyang Primary was so flooded with kids that has parents working in SIA. Every year the company would give bags to their staff and you would see these kids wearing identical bags to school. And no, I wasn't one of them. Except for today, I volunteered to carry the goodie bag, since it looked super cute (especially when it's me carrying it. Hah!) and besides, it's red in colour (:

AUGUST 2ND&3RD / Both Pei Shan and me were delighted to be posted to a school near our house. Like yaay! Xinmin Primary has a very nice layout and cute environment, i like the murals painted on the walls of every block. And the kids, they're oh-so-lovely laa omg. Even the boyfriend's jealous. Haha. Ohh, and I saw Mdm Diah! (bloghoppers should know who) She's pretty laa sehh (:
And the nurses there were mostly middle-aged, but they're nice, to us at least. Because most of the time, they're not. Like when they were taking those little kids for their eye test, they'd scold the kids if they cannot see what was on the eye chart. Such was the treatment i got when i was a primary school kid myself. Sigh. Nevertheless, i enjoyed this posting very much.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 4TH / Ohh yes, it's me it's me. I'm back! Getting together with the rest of the people is love. Some clients gets on my nerves sometimes, but who cares. Friends make my day, and that's all that matters (:
JULY 23RD-AUGUST 10TH / My first year two posting has finally come to an end. It was by far my second favourite after the posting at ward5C. The ward sisters were very approachable, and the staff nurses were always there to guide us. Our CI too, was so much better as compared to the previous ones we had. She's firm, but she's nice, really.
Meanwhile, working in the ward itself is a joy. I learnt new things, I get to administer both IM and SC injections, and my patients, they never fail to make my day. Apart from that, i made many new friends, some of whom were from my lecture group, while the others were from Simei ITE. People like Fathur, who always addresses me by my full name, and my so-called twin cousin (is there such a thing..?), Syahilla. She's the cubicle partner who would always slack with me at the nurses' station, the one who would laugh at me each time i looked lost, and the one who would stand by me each time i need a helping hand. Heee. A pity i didn't take a picture with her.
Break time, was also another exciting part of working life in TTSH. We'd bitch about people that we dislike, and then the person will appear in front of us. We'd get excited each time we see medics all over the canteen. (this happens only to me though. Heh.) Then we'd purposely give ourselves a five-minute break extension, too. And yes, we'd go crazy each time we saw Adam, the cute Caucasian physiotherapist whom we met in ward5C.
Well all in all, i had great fun. Sometimes i wished it didn't have to end, but i'm glad it did (: So here's to all my ITE friends, please enjoy yourself in ward 8C(!) Haha.

Hokay that's it, i'm off. goodnight, world (:
